(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, This Day. . Mr. E. 11. Skipwith, of Dannevirke, has been appointed. starter at the Auckland Racing Club's four clays' Summer Meeting, in the place of Mr. C. O'Connor, who has been granted leave owing to ill-health.
