SUCCESSOR APPOINTED
Mr. Tl. S. Hylton, at present assistantsecretary to the board, was later in the meeting appointed unanimously as successor to Mr. Stewart. Mr. Hylton has had the longest service in. New Zealand of anyone in a similar position, his record-being 33J years, of which 24 have been with the Wellington Board, and 9$ as secretary of the Maryborough Board.
