THREE TENDERS TO HAND

ONE FBOM AUSTRALIA

Keplying to a question to-day, the Postmaster-General (the Hon. S. B. Donald) said that three tenders had been received by the Government for the carriage of mails by air in New Zealand. Two of these were from New Zealand concerns, and one was from Australia. There was a possibility of a fourth tender being received from a New Zealand firm. The Minister added that he hoped to have the matter finalised in the next few days.
