(Eeceived 10th December, 8 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. Tho Legislative Council passed tho Bill for the abolition of that Chamber, j Members condemned the Government for wasting time trying to abolish tho Council when its first duty was to honour the promise to the vast army of unemployed. Tho Bill was read a first time in the Legislative Assembly.
