BUILDING PERMITS
DECLINE IN DUNEDIN
(By Telegraph.) (Special to "The Evenino Post") DUNEDIN,, This Day. A big falling off in the value of building permits issued from the Town Hall was noticeable in the records for November. Only 49 permits were granted, and the total of value (£27,625) was the lowest recorded for :it least two years, the next lowest liciuy in February of this year, when the amount was £2P,96f>. As a result of this drop the total value of permits for the past cloven months of the year was £396,----702, a decrease of £92,359 as compared with the oorrcsiionding period iii 1929.
