TOUTING FOE FARES
NEW TAXI BYLAW
(By Telegraph.) (Special to "The Evening Post.") CHRISTCHUKCH, This Day. The first steps were taken by the City Council last evening to make a new bylaw prohibiting touting for fares by taxidrivers. Urgency was given to the matter, and a upecial meeting of the council is to be held on Monday, 12th January, for the purpose of confirmng it.
