British experts are giving close at« tention to a heavy-oil engine of a revo* lutionary design, the idea of whicli; originated with a New Zealand em gineer. The design was completed by; Mr. Joseph Maine, the designer of Cap« tain Malcolm Campbell's "Bluebird* racing car. Mr. Watson Arthur, also al New Zealancler, has returned to placa' before the New Zealand syndicate the final plans for production in England. The "Morning Post's" expert reviews the design at length, adding -thaf-if it reaches expectations, practically all motor users will be paying royalties to' the New Zealand engineers.
