AWAITING DEVELOPMENTS
(Received 9th December, 9 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. The State Government has decided to await developments in the move to abolish the Legislative Council, and not to prepare definite plans for future action. Cabinet expects that both Bills by which the abolition of the Council will bo effected will pass through all their stages by Thursday.
