A fishing-boat picked up in the Adriatic Sea an aviation journal, folded, in which was a cheque for £410, belonging to Miss Winifred Spooner, tho English airwoman who crashed into the sea. during an attempt to break the London-Cape Town record. Fishermen, handed it over to the authorities at Pizzo.
