Rttiourerj aged 43, and Hugli Shannon, b. laljonrpr aged 48, appeared again at-the Magistrate's Court to-day, charged with being incorrigible rogues with insufficient lawful means of support. Smith had previously been convicted as a rogue and a vagabond in May of this year, and Shan.Aon was convicted on a similar charge in 3927. Qub-Inspector Lopdell said that the two a.i cused were arrested a little over two months ago for being unlawfully on private pioperty. When arrested they were ijoder the influence of methylated spirits. Tllfty weie sentenced to two months' imfliiggninent and were released last Saturifav. Yesterday the accused were' found sitting in a public convenience each with a bottle" of methylated spirits.
