RESIGNATION OF MR, S. E. FAY

The resignation is announced to-day of Mr. 8. E. Fay, operating and equipment assistant of the New Zealand Railway Department. Mr. Fay joined the service of the Department in 1925, and his resignation will take effect as from Ist February, 1931. Mr, Fay intends to proceed to England, where ho will join tho board Of Messrs. Beyer-Peacock and Company.
