\ (Eeceived 4th December, 1 p.m.)' i VATICAN CITY, 3rd Dec. Ipis Holiness the Pope has approved fthe designs for the Vatican special coifnage. The hundred lira gold piece, worfth approximately twenty-two shillings, will bear the effigy of the Pope^ and; the fifty lira gold piece will hava a representation of the Virgin Mary. Othar gold coins will have images aad inscriptions of a sacred character. A speeiVil series of ten thousand coins hat been! minted and placed on sale to collectoAs. The coins are legal tendef throughout Italy. /
