(By Telegraph—Press Association.) NAPIER, This Day. In the Supreme Court to-day liability was admitted in ;i case in which Fred D. Wyall claimed' £3326 from Sydney Curd, ns a result of an accident, in •which the plaintiff: was badly injured by the defendant's ear. The jury only had to fix the amount of damages, which was placed at £2306 9s 6d.
