Some 600 -companies will bo paying out "on-Monday total dividends equivalent to £60,000,000, thus bringing the cash disbursements for the year 1930 to a point where they will compare much more favourably with those of last year than had hitherto been expected. Last yearjs"total cash disbursements from 9200 companies was almost £1,000,000,000.. . What interests Wall Street most is the fact that the largest dividend payers are maintaining their disbursements at or even above those of last year. . • .
