OTTAWA, 3rd November. , The impersonation of candidate* for a Government <J3ivil Service examination by students well versed in the. subjects to be written has caused the Civil Service Commission to , require the finger-prints of candidates fob examinations to be taken. „ It was discovered that in Montreal and other large centres, where many; candidates appeared, expert students had organised a regular business, charging £100 each for impersonating stupid candidates for Government jobs, and writing their papers.
