LONDON, 22nd November. A Moscow correspondent reports that the Government contemptuously de» clines to deny the alarming stories of mutiny and the assassination of Stalin. The Soviet journal "Izvestia" describes the statements as "Idiotic inventions designed to create the impression that the collapse of the Soviet regime is inevitable."
