Later, she was forced down at Charlestoyvn, South Carolina, by strong head winds. She is arranging to take off on Sunday for Havana, via Miami, Florida. (Received 24th November, 12.50 p.m.) HAVANi', 23rd November. Mrs. Keith Miller' landed at the General Ma-chado Airpmt, from Jacksonville, Florida, at ■ 4.yiO p.m. .
