DIRT-TRACK RIDER INJURED

While riding in the second semi-final of the Miramar Handicap at the dirt- track races at the Kilbirnie Speedway Stadium on Saturday, A. W. Hunger crashed and injured his head. Hunger, who was unconscious for some time, suffered from cuts about the face and concussion. After receiving medical attention from a doctor and the City Ambulance, Hunger was removed to his home in a private car.
