PAEKAKARIKI CLUB

. The Paekakariki Club's new clubhouse was opened on Saturday by the president, Mr. A. J. Mackay, and the afternoon's event took the form of a Canadian foursome, which was won by Mr. and Mrs. F. Marshall. There were over 100 present at the dance in the evening, and the function was a most successful one. Yesterday'the club entertained a team from Shandon, and in the two-ball matches won My 11 games to 6 (one game halved).
