The Canadian Parliament prorogues this afternoon after passing the Tariff Bill in order to .permit the Premier, Mr. Bennett, to proceed to the Imperial Conference. The Hons. Guthrie, Stevens* and Durpe will accompany Mr. Bennett to the Imperial Conference, also representatives of the Wheat Pool ana western agriculture generally will go as technical advisers.
