A WILL CASE
A claim under the Family Protection Act was heard by his Honour Mr. Justice- Blair in the Supreme Court today. Tho case aroso out of the terms of the will of the late Edward Whiteman, farmer, of Mangaroa. The children of tho first marriage claimed larger allowances under the will. T-he estate of tho late Mr. Whiteman was, estimated to be" of tho value of from' & 7000 to £10,000. Tho sum of £100 each was left to each of the members of the first family, and the balancejoljthe estate to the members of thy.second family.
