At the Stadium in a wrestling match, Strangler Lev/is (17st 61b) defeated Joe Steelier (lGst) by two falls to ono, in eight rounds, amidst the greatest excitement displayed by 8000 spectators. Stecher gained the first fall with a body scissors in the fifth round. Lewis secured falls in the seventh and eighth rounds with a headlock and a body press. Both men displayed tremendous strength and stamina;
