CHRISTCHURCH, 20th Sept. The last match of the Rugby season was played at Lancaster Park on Saturday, when the Canterbury B team (23) defeated South Island, Maoris (6). Tries were, scored for Canterbury by Cottrell, Perkins, Scrimshaw, Porterfielil, and Oldi'er, and M'Atiliffe potted a goal. Cottrell and Loveridge each converted a try. Mawhera scored the Mapris' two tries.
