MANOR PARK CLUB

The week-end competition, a foursome, senior and junior combined, was won by Mehaffey and Forbes, with a net 70, with Murray and Pankhurst, 77, next.

The IS-hole bogey competition was won by J. Burns (7) 2 up, with I. Davis (8) and Mehaffey (11) 2 down, nest. J. Burns (9) also won the medal round with, a net 67, with H. Sherwood (18), 74, second. In the senior championship Ogilvie beat Williams 4 and 3, and Radford beat Murray 3 and 2. Radford now meets Burns to decide who will meet Ogilvie in the final.

The junior championship resulted in a win for J. Barnard from W. Hendry, 2 and 1, in the semi-final, and the former has now to play H. Sherwood (junior champion, 1926) in the final.
