SHANDON AND WAIWETTJ
During the week-end the only idle links were those of the Htitt Club, -which are undergoing repairs. Wairarapa sent a team o£ eighteen light skirmishers who were beaten at Heretaunga by a team of similar calibre. Shandon, at Shandon, had the better of the Watts Gup with 5 points to Waiwetu's 4% points, but the singles were a draw, and the f ouvballs were evenly distributed.
