DUNEDIN, 19th September. After giving judgment in the Arbitration Court to-day in a caso in which the Court was asked to define tho duties of a chief cook in a restaurant, Mr. Justice Frazer remarked: "The meinbcvs of the Court are agroed that wo .do not want to have tho Court bothered with eases of this kind, which are purely eases of fact which nny .MiigistnitV is as competent in >\:-a. u-ilh us we hit.
