"We deny the right of any European Nation, England included, to act anywhere in Africa in conflict with our ideals," "was the outspoken criticism of the Minister of Lands, Mr. G-robler, regarding a White Paper foreshadowing British native policy in East Africa. The Minister dealt, exhaustively with the question at the opening of the Transvaal Nationalist Congress.
