Bonds subscribed, £3,454,022 10s, representing 125,630' bonds , ranging from £25 to £45.each. Trustee reserve funds representing £8 6s Sd of fully paid bonds in all issues— except the 7th issue, of which £6 is receivable—and ■instalments towards reserve funds on bonds nearing completion are as follow: Government securities, N.Z. £58,375 17s, Australia £268,967, total £327,342 17s. Local body securities, New Zealand, £36,900; first mortgages. New Zealand £50,250 and Australia £4530, in al! £84,780; uninvested funds with trustees in current account at banks, £10,902; grand total of reserve funds, £459,924 17s. Actual planting at latest reports amounted to 117,953 acres. Freehold laud held, 123.195 acres; land held under agreement for sale and purchase, 31,963 acres; total land held, 155,158' acres. Trees on company's area, 12,461,550, as follows:—Pimis insigms, 11,813,375; pinus ponderosa, 569.975: poplars, 45.400; sundry, 32.800.
