HITLER TO HIS PARTY
WANTING PORTFOLIOS
POSITION IN GERMANY
United Press Association—By Electric lelieraph—Copyright. (Received 17th September, 11 a.m.)! BERLIN, 16th September. Herr Hitler appears more sober in summing up the political situation than some of his exuberant lieutenants who want portfolios immediately. He warned them to go slow. It is reported that he proposes applying for German citizenship, which has hitherto been refused him. If he obtains it he will become a Reichstag candidate for the next election, which he predicts for 1931, resulting in a still more overwhelming victory for the National Socialists.
