SYDNEY, This Day.

The Rev. J. W. Dovey, a Presbyterian, who has been engaged in missionary administrative work in China for ten years, replied to tho criticism of missions in China made by Mr. Sung. He denied that Christians exploited the Chinese people for their own ends, and that the missions were not in touch with tho new national sentiment in China. Eegardmg exploitation, the boot was on the other foot.
