WARTIME RECIPE FOB GREY HAIE Well-known Lady Gives Simple Inexpensive Recipe for Streaked or Faded Grey Hair. Mrs. M. A. Ellis, a well-known resident of Footscray, Vie, whose hair is still dark, recently made the following statement: —:"Grey, streaked, or faded | hair can be quickly turned black', i brown, or light brown, whichever shadeyou wish, by the use of the following ■ simple remedy, which you can mix up at home. . • "Merely get 1 ounce of Bay Bum, J ounce of glycerine, a small box of Orlex Compound and mix these up with seven (7) ounces of water. Do the mixing yourself to save extra cost. Comb tho liquid through the hair a couple of times a week until the desired shade results. You need not hesitate to use this freely, because it is perfectly harmless, doe 3 not rub off, is neither sticky nor greasy, and leaves one's hair beautifully glossy and fluffy and free from dandruff.
