Mr. E. G. Boulenger, director of the Aquarium, told the London Zoological Society that inside a crocodile had been found eight long rows of beads, which, when worn with a girdle, formed the walking costumo of a missing native voman; one pair of silver circular earrings; one singL bead of a pattern which had been out of local fashion for a century and a half; one jam-jar; and the nock of a- bottle. The crocodile, a monster 15ft long,, had been shot by Mr. K. Lee Guinness, th« racing motorist, in tho Gambia Biver, West Africa.
