An earthquake was felt hero early this morning, but there have been no reports of casualties nor any great damage. ' - . The Central Meteorological Observatory said that the centre of activity was probably at sea, 73 miles north-east of Tekio. Tho earthquake', which started at 12.58 o'clock in the morning, was registered on seismographs for 30 minutes. It was perceptible to the residents of Tokio for five minutes. Scientists attribute the 'quake to activity in the "outer Tuscartra earthquake belt." LONDON, Ist May. New York reports a big earthquake in Tokio. No news has been received in London from Tokio. 1
