ADDITION TO BUILDLYG S

Good progress is being made with the erection of the additions to the, Wellington Gas Company's, premises in Courtenay place, stated the manager of the company to a "Post" reporter to-day. Those additions will give a. further three, floors, making the < Gas Company's' building six stories in all, and doubling its present accommodation. A portion of , the new building has been leased, and on tho top floors the company intends to provide an up-to-date hall for lectures and demonstrations, in regard to cooking with gas. The top floor will also afford access to a-roof garden, from which' very line views of the city and harbour will be obtainable.
