HIRE-PURCHASE
CONTRACT NOT FULFILLED

The third case brought by Charles Justus Silver against defaulting purchasers of mandolin-guitars from tlio National Academy of Music under the hire-purchase system adopted by the plaintiff \v:is heard in .the Magistrate's Court to-day, when Arthur Totter was sued to recover £2 Cis (id, being the balance due on the'sale of an instrument.. One- of the terms of the contract was j that 20 free lessons should be given to the purchaser. The Magistrate held on the evidence that these Ir.seons had not been given, and entered judgment for the defendant.
