Mr. David Low has a cartoon in the "Evening Standard" entitled "Another Threatened fall in British Exports." It depicts John Bull with a van load of tailors' dummies in Court dress and cocked hats, and Mr. Seullin, Prime Minister of Australia, building a protection wall with tho notice: "No Vice-Begal Hawkers." Mr. Seullin is seen telling John Bull: "No Governors to-day, thanks! We're thinking of' manufacturing them locally.'' _ I
