ECONOMIC AUSTRALIA A CORRECTION
A regrettable technical error was made in the article headed "Over-borrowing," which appeared in this column last evening. In that article, quoting Mr. Theodore, Treasurer of the Commonwealth, it was stated: "We are' undoubtedly heading for national bankruptcy." The words used by Mr. Theodore were: "We were undoubtedly heading, etc"——a totally different aspect of the economic condition of Australia to-day. /
