"Sydney Morning Herald" Photo. AEROPLANE CRASHES IN STREET.—Two men had a remarkable escape from death when the aeroplane they were in crashed on to the roadway at Maroubra, New South Wales. The pilot, William Powell, had his license suspended for flying his 'plane too low over a public thoroughfare. The photograph shows the smashed 'plane on a lorry ready for removal.
