(Received 24th February, 1.30 p.m.) SHANGHAI, 23rd February.' The local Chinese authorities have banned the screening of the Harold Lloyd film, "Welcome Danger," claiming that the scenes laid in San Francisco Chinatown, are insulting to the Chinese nation.
