Tho Public Prosecutor, is investigating charges of treason against the mutations fir'jßs Krupps and Thyssens, following aheg'ations in Otto Ruschbmld's book, entitled "The Bl ody International of Armament,", that ."furupps 'sold infantry shields to Eng«*ttd for &Z 8s each, while charging Germany £6 Ss; and also sold fuses to England. Tho writer alleged that both firms sent munitions to England via Holland and Switzerland; also that the Kaiser insisted' on orders being given to Krupps, whose material was inferior owing to his personal interest in that concern.
