STRUCK BY MOTOR-CAR

A motor-car, driven by Mr. D. E. Ireland, ran iuto and killed a cow and a en If in Duppa street, outside Wakened' Park, about S o'clock last, night. At the time or'_ the collision, the cow and caif were being driven across the road from the reservo on the eastern side by Mr. James Feely, a dairyman. The front of the mo-tor-ear was badly damaged and a lady passenger- in the car, Miss Jean Ivnox, aged 27, was cut about the face and also suffered from shock. She was taken to the Public Hospital.
