DAKGAVILLE, This Day. While there was a crowd on the road to the racecourse this morning a rnotorcai containing five- persons, including four Maoris, coining into town and endeavouring to pass another ear. ovciturned, with tho result that two of the occupants, Maimeto Wihongu, the diiver, and a woman, Marina Wimum, were taken to the hospital. They weie rather seriously injured. The car was also eonsideiably damaged. Tho car was going at a gicat pate, and it was fortunate that there wcie no more casualties.
