Debentures are for £100 each, and the rate ol interest is 5% per cent., payable half-year-ly on the Ist September and Ist March. The Loan is repayable on the Ist March, 1940. The security is a Special Rate on the Unimproved Value of the City of Wellington. . The Loan is free of exchange in New Zealand as regards both interest and principal. Income Tax is not deducted.
