(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) ' AUCKLAND, 20th February. Thd, New; Zealand' cricket team today played an Auckland ~ eleven at North Shore and won by .124 runs on the first innings. New Zealand batted first' and made 188 (James,42, towi-y 33, McGirr 32), and Auckland replied-with 64 and 88 for throe wickets. Bowling for New Zealand, H. Boy, a Ponsonby- Club 'player, secured the. fine average in Auckland's first innings of six wickets for 11 runs.
