BANK OVERDRAFT, RATES.
The Devonport Borough Council resents the increased- overdraft rates, and through the Municipal Association it protests against the current rates of interest on overdrafts charged to local bodies, suggesting that the association should oudeavour to obtain special consideration for local bodies' accounts,- which were always held 'to be '"first-class."
