DEEMED IMPRACTICABLE

Any hope of the Tariff Conference reaching definite conclusions was virtually ended when Dr. Bollai opposed the views previously enunciated. He declared that in the present circumstances multilateral,agreements, especially a truce, would be premature and impracticable.
