AUCKLAND, This Day.

Consent to an injunction preventing the defendant company, or its agents, from carrying on business under the name of Blue and White Self-Help, Limited, of under any name in which the words 'self-help" aud "help yourself:" appeared, was given by Mr. Justice Herdman this morning on tho application of the Self-Help Co-operative Grocery, Limited. Each company undertook to avoid encroachment upon the common name oi' the other.
