CHRISTCHURCH, This Day.

"When arrested the accused had a fullyloaded Colt revolver in his possession," said the police, concerning George Arnold Clutterbuck, aged '11, a carrier, charged with damaging a motor-car and stealing tools from it. The evidence given waß that the accused threw the tools away when questioned, and then bolted. The accused was fined £3, in default 14 days' Kjn each charge, and the revolver was ortkred to be confiscated,
