THEFT FROM ROOM MATE
(By Telegraph.—Prefis Association.) BLENHEIM, This Day. "Bather a moan theft," was' Sergeant Patterson's description of an 6ffence by Ernest Bobort Murray, who pleaded guilty to stealing £7 from Wesley John Cowin at Spring Creek. Murray was a ward of the State. Ho stole the money from a room-mate. The Magistrate sentenced the accused to two years' reformative detention.
