"A very .successful week on. the antiGod front" is tho official Soviet sum-ming-up of activities in the past week, during which a, record number of churches were closed. Sunday's issue of tho "Izvcstia," contain! g a, long list of villages in which churches havebeen closed up and converted into clubs, workshops, and graia stores, also contained the Sorgius interview denying the: existence of religious persecution.
